ONLINE ORDERING
Ordering from genuineglowskincare.com is easy and fast. You can use our ‘Skin Quiz’ option to help design your complete skin care package or order individual products of your choosing through our online shop.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Standard shipping to the contiguous United States, Alaska & Hawaii — Free for all orders over $50 (before tax & shipping)
For orders under $50 — flat rate of $5.95

2-day Priority — $19.00
Overnight (Next day) (Orders must be placed by 12:00pm EST) — $55.00

Standard shipping is always free for orders to APO/FPA/DPA addresses.

Most orders are shipped via FedEX within 48 hours after you place your order. We currently only ship to US destinations through our website.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following forms of payment on our website:

SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to North Carolina.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a tracking number and a link to track your package.

PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
If you receive products that have been damaged during transit, please email us at customerservice@genuineglowskincare.com as soon as possible so we can correct the situation.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Any product purchased at genuineglowskincare.com, received within the last 30 days and more than half full can be returned for refund or exchange. Please email customerservice@genuineglowskincare.com stating the product you would like to exchange or return and the reason why.

Shipping costs will not be refunded and Genuine Glow does not pay for return shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Only products purchased at genuineglowskincare.com may be returned for refund or exchange. Products bought at other locations must be returned there.

You’re satisfaction is our main priority. If for any reason you feel there are problems or concerns with your order, delivery, experience or products; please email us at customerservice@genuineglowskincare.com and we will work to rectify the situation.

Will you give out my information to third parties?
No, never. All of your information is private and will never be shared.

Will you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States, but if you are based internationally and interested in receiving products, please email us at customerservice@genuineglowskincare.com so shipping rates and terms can be established (if possible).
